Delivery Methods:
- We deliver our products all around Bangladesh.
- Within Dhaka city the product delivery will take up to 2-3 Days. For delivery outside Dhaka it takes approximately 3-5 Days.
- For Deliveries outside Dhaka, the customer have to collect their products from our designated Courier service outlets.
- ALL OUR DELIVERIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
- For cash on delivery, customers will pay to the courier upon receiving their products.
- The delivery time may vary due to Political/Natural disturbances in the country
Return Policy:
- We strictly follow a free return policy without any penalties.
- Our customers are advised to check their product upon delivery and can easily return to the delivery person if not satisfied.
- In case of electronic gadgets, the seal can’t be broken.
- For orders outside Dhaka, the customer can courier back the product to our address and we will make the refund.
- We will only accept returns if we find the product Undamaged, Unused and back in original packaging.
- After receiving the product, we will send it through quality check and finalize the refund or replacement as per customer’s choice.
